Reservations
Reservations are required for accommodation rooms, Japanese-style rooms (day trips), training rooms, the cooking room, and the gym. Please check the availability and make the reservation according to the section “how to make reservations”. In addition, starting dates depend on the facility and whether an individual or group intends to use the facility.

Check the table below for availability. Individual accommodation in western-style rooms can also be checked on the website.
Who can use individual accommodation?
Group in Ota City refers to a group consisting of at least five members and more than half of them live, work, or go to school in Ota City (residents of Ota City).

When the 1 - 4 activities above are not hindered, personal stay is available only for a Western-style room.
How to make a reservation【Category 1. Category 2. Category 3.】
Four months prior to the month of the start date [Used only with accommodation]
Application for drawing
User 1st-9th: Apply for drawing
Submit a reservation form (by mail or at desk)Facility 10th: Drawing
Facility 11th-13th: Contact and adjustment Notify drawing results
User By 19th: Submit a request form / Pay usage fees
Reservation confirmed (a certificate of approval is issued)
Application on first-come basis
User 21st-23rd: Make application on first-come basis

Three months prior to the month of the start date (available for day trips and accommodation)
Same flow as 4 months before use.

Two months prior to the month of the start date (for accommodation and day trips)
Application on first-come basis
On the 1st and afterwards, make application on first-come basis.
Check availability on the website and make application by phone
*However, for Category 6 , you can also make reservation via the website.After the date of use is fixed, submit a request form and pay usage fees within 7 days.
Online reservations
Online reservations are available only for individual accommodation for western-style rooms.

【What is required for request】
Request form, group registration certificate (if you are a social education group), list of guests, training plan, usage fees
The list and plan are only required for staying. You can download them on the website.
A certificate of approval will be issued. Please bring it to the facility on use.
Change / Cancellation
For any change in reservation, please request changes by 7 days prior to the start date. For any cancellation, we will refund the following percent of the payment:

【Required items for the procedure】
Approval letter for use of facilities, applicant’s personal seal (the personal seal is required for returns. Returns will not be processed with a personal seal). -
