Seven Japanese-style rooms, one instruction room, 24 western-style rooms, and one barrier-free western-style room with a total capacity of 124 people.

Seven Japanese-style rooms for 6 to 20 people, with a total capacity of 81 people. Separate rooms for men and women. Elementary to junior high school students should be accompanied with at least one adult of the same sex. Each room has a washroom and low table.
Instructor's room
Western-style room for instructors of group activities. The room is equipped with a washroom, two beds, and a safe.

24 western-style rooms for two people and one barrier-free western-style room for three people, with a total capacity of 51 people. All rooms are separated by gender except for families. We ask caretakers to supervise elementary and junior high school students. These rooms can be used by individuals when not used for group activities.

*Barrier-free rooms of 37m2 can accommodate up to three people with sofa bed
Western-style rooms can be used for individual business or leisure purposes
Yuittsu is near Heiwajima Park, and it is also near Heiwa no Mori Park and Oomori Furusato no Hamabe Park. They are in a fun area where adults and children can have plenty of fun for more than a day. Breakfast reservations are available for individuals accommodated in western-style rooms. Applications must be made up to seven days before the desired date.

Group in Ota City refers to a group consisting of at least five members and more than half of them live, work, or go to school in Ota City (residents of Ota City).

Notes on use
・All western-style and Japanese-style rooms are separated by gender except for families.
・Elementary or high school students in Japanese-style rooms must be accompanied by at least one adult of the same sex. Please supervise elementary or high school students staying in western-style rooms.
・Closed from December 29 to January 3
・Smoking is prohibited in the premises and in the buildings.
・No parking available. Please use the parking in Heiwajima Park (100 yen/30 mins). Temporary parking in front of the premises is limited for loading and unloading.
